This is a Critical Patch Update (CPU). It is cumulative and includes all prior bundle and CPU patches. If you have not applied libOVD (Patch 21895214) to the oracle_common home, then you need to apply it for new installations. If you have applied the Patch, then it is not necessary to apply it again. The following OBIEE Web Services Critical Patch Update (CPU) patches are also recommended and applied to the oracle_common home:

The single patches are not available separately and should all be applied according to the readme NOTE: Refer to the readme for FULL list of instructions on how to install this bundle patch.
Prior to proceeding with this OBIEE Bundle Patch implementation and related downloads refer to the Readme file for important information. It is important to verify that the requirements and support paths for this patch are met as outlined within the Readme file.

Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) 8.14 is Now Available
Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) is a data collection framework, driven from the command line, which can be used to gather diagnostic information related to Oracle products and their environments. This data is used to assist in problem diagnosis.
Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) 8.14
- Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) 8.14 contains a remodeled and improved Coherence module, as well as improved collections for Oracle Identity Manager, Enterprise Manager 13c, and Business Intelligence.
- The Health Check Validation Engine (HCVE) rulesets have been updated to incorporate the most recent HP patches, as well as to recognize Windows SBS2011. Complete details for this release are available in RDA Release Notes.
- Enhancements and installation instructions for RDA 8.14 can be found in RDA Release Notes (Doc ID 414970.1).
- This release of RDA is bundled with the 2.11.30 release of Diagnostic Assistant (DA). The DA tool is a command line interface framework designed to simplify and standardize the end user’s experience with various diagnostic tools, providing a common lightweight extensible interface to multiple collection tools (ADR, RDA, OCM, Explorer, etc) . DA packages can also work with Oracle applications (JDE EnterpriseOne, Siebel, PeopleSoft) as verifiers, providing a basic Java interface to facilitate the user’s data collection.
